Show that you are prepared by developing lesson plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of students in your class. You will need to think of planning in broad terms (i.e., a weekly planning sheet that cover every subject, every day) and specific terms (i.e., a clear learning segment that covers 3-5 days of instruction in the subject area of your choice).
Your plans will also address strategies for assessment and classroom management.
