Web VPN (Virtual Private Network) allows persons with a NCCU username and password that are off-campus, access to connect to the NCCU network in a secure and encrypted means. Web VPN gives you the same access you would have on a computer on campus that is physically connected to the NCCU network.
For best results when searching Shepard Library from off campus, log into WebVPN first. Just enter your NCCU username and password and then select the library's home page from the list that appears.
