The Shepard Library has many ways for you to contact us. Once you click on the help icon on the Shepard Library homepage you will see the page below. On this LibAnswers page you can type in a question to see if anyone else has answered it and receive an answer right way or you can call, email, chat, tweet us a question and we will get back to you promtly.
When searching Shepard Library from off campus, select the database or online resource you want to search or use and you will be prompted to sign in using your NCCU login credentials.
