Shepard Library Orientation: Citations and Plagiarism

A guide to using Shepard Library and its resources, aimed at first year and transfer students.

Style Manuals and Related Books

You may eventually need to purchase your own style manual, especially once you have entered your major, but Shepard Library keeps copies of the most frequently used manuals. You can access these by asking at the Reference Desk, on the 2nd floor, and they must be used in the library.

Other Citation Resources

These resources can help you with citations if you don't have a style manual at hand.
